This poster featuring Painful Memories/Forgotten Tears (2008) was produced in 2010, in conjunction with Damien Hirst: End of an Era at Gagosian, 980 Madison Avenue, New York. The exhibition presented new works by the artist, including a severed bull’s head with golden horns and crowned with a solid gold disc, which is suspended in formaldehyde and encased in a golden vitrine; photorealist paintings of famous diamonds; and cabinets filled with manufactured diamonds.
