How can I contact the Gagosian Shop?
If you have a question or there is a problem with your online order, please contact us at orders@gagosian.com. We can be reached Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm ET.

What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@gagosian.com within forty-eight hours of delivery. We may require photo proof of any damage.

What shipping options do you offer?
We ship worldwide.

For shipping within the United States, we offer the following options:
– UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
– UPS Ground (1–5 business days)
– USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)
– USPS Media Mail (2–8 business days, books and magazines only)

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

For shipping internationally, we offer the following options:
– DHL Express Worldwide (1–6 business days)
– FedEx International Priority (1–3 business days)

International orders are subject to the country’s import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I pick up my online order from the Gagosian Shop in New York?
No, online orders cannot be collected from the Gagosian Shop in New York.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at orders@gagosian.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request.

How can I renew my Gagosian Quarterly subscription?
Subscriptions to Gagosian Quarterly do not renew automatically. If you would like to continue receiving the magazine, please purchase a new one-year subscription.

Do you offer gift cards?
No, we currently do not offer gift cards.

Can I gift wrap or add a gift note to my order?
No, we currently do not offer gift wrapping. We will try to accommodate requests for personalized notes. Please contact us at orders@gagosian.com within one hour of placing your order and include both your order number and the desired message.

What are the terms of my discount code?
The First Order offer is valid for first-time purchasers only. Discount will be applied at checkout. Some select products are excluded. Discount may not be combined with other offers.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter or change my subscription preferences?
If you wish to change your subscription preferences or to stop receiving marketing e-mails from us, please click the links included at the bottom of an e-mail from the Gagosian Shop.
