Designed by Jeff Koons in collaboration with Bernardaud, this limited-edition coupe service plate features a reproduction of Koons’s painting Play-Doh (1995–2008), from his iconic Celebration series. Conflating the readymade and the monumental, the Celebration works transform humble objects into abstract symbols of transcendence and the biological and attest to Koons’s ongoing fascination with childlike consciousness and communication.
