Regular price Regular price $20

The Spring 2025 issue of Gagosian Quarterly is now available, featuring Cy Twombly’s Paesaggio (1986) on the cover. In an excerpt from her lecture at the Menil Collection, Houston, Jenny Saville speaks about the influence of Twombly’s work on her own artistic formation and the world at large. Acclaimed author Catherine Lacey debuts the first installment of her 2025 fiction feature. In the realm of painting, the Quarterly presents Ed Schad on Takashi Murakami, Francine Prose on Sabine Moritz, and Sam Wasson on Alex Israel. A number of features focus on film, including interviews with David Cronenberg and Apichatpong Weerasethakul, as well as a close look at Lisa Immordino Vreeland’s new documentary on Jean Cocteau. Elsewhere in the issue, William Middleton takes us to the stage in a conversation with Isabelle Huppert and Robert Wilson about their latest collaboration, Mary Said What She Said; as part of a panel discussion convened at Storm King Art Center, New Windsor, New York, Taryn Simon speaks about her interactive sculpture Kleroterion (2024); and much more.
