Damien Hirst: Spot Notecard Set
This notecard set was produced on the occasion of Damien Hirst: The Complete Spot Paintings 1986–11, an exhibition held simultaneously at elevent Gagosian gallery locations worldwide that brought together more than three hundred of Hirst’s Spot paintings. It includes ten blank folded notecards and envelopes, in a jacket case.
The cards feature various Spot paintings, which Hirst produced over twenty-five years. Among his most widely recognized works, he has described them as “a way of pinning down the joy of colour.”
